Palindrome Theatre Co-founder
Kate Eminger is a director and multi-media designer currently living in Brooklyn NY. She co-founded and has served as the Resident Director and Artistic Associate for Palindrome Theatre, since 2009. Upcoming directing projects include This Property is Condemned, An Evening of Tennessee Williams Short Plays presented at The Lot - Brooklyn, and Anton Chekhov's The Seagull, translation/adaptation by Graham Schmidt, produced by Wandering Bark Theatre Co. Past directing projects include Hedda Gabler, a new adaptation premiering at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Melancholy Play (Austin Chronicle’s Top Ten in 2010), Endgame, Back Story, The Glass Menagerie, The Lottery, and The Suitor –or- The Madness Inside Me Growing. She holds a BA in performance and directing from St. Edwards University and is currently the webmaster and social media designer for The Acting Company in New York City.
